PANTANO TEAM SQUAD MADE A BIG STEP IN THE WSK SUPER MASTER SERIES

After a very good start of the season last week end in the WSK Champions Cup, Pantano Team and its ldriver’s line up has made a very great improvement this week end at Adria during the first round of the WSK Super Master Series. With 4 drivers involved in 3 different categories (60 Mini, OKJ and OK), the Italian team has fought for the top positions during the whole week end.

In the 60 Mini the dutch driver Keeren performed vey well scoring 10th in his qualy session with a very results collected later in the heats (three times 4th). With this amazing pace the 10 yrs old driver got the access to the Pre Final B: started 8th the dutch gained two more position ending 6th under the chequered flag. In the Final A, starting from the 12th position on the grid, he was very close to end into the TOP 10 scoring a very good 12th position overall. Alongside the dutch driver Pantano Team deployed the Czech Kamenink. For the rookie it has been a good week end with some good performance and a 26th place in th Final B.

In the OKJ category the french driver Capietto scored a 10th position in his qualy session ending, later, two more times in the TOP 10 during the heats (8th and 9th). After a 17th in the Pre Final, the young driver has been super fast in the Final with a great comeback (10 positions) ended 23th with a fantastic best lap overall.

In the OK category Ressico d’Aloisio has proved a very good pace since the very beginning slipstreaming the whole week end the OK’s top drivers. Unfortunately for him an accident in the Final ruined a potential good result. The Italian is, race by race, quicker and quicker in the new category and he’s looking forward the new races to bring back the results deserved.

Giorgio Pantano: “We are definitely very satisfaid about our overall performances in all the 3 categories. Now it’s time to score the right result we really deserve. In these races any minimum mistake makes a big difference and this is what our drivers have to keep in mind anytime. Now we look forward the Winter Cup at Lonato.
